The Hopkinton Science Committee has completed the Elementary Science CORE COMPETENCIESfor the District. The following are the competencies that have been identified and assigned to the grade levels in kindergarten through grade six. These competencies align to the NH Frameworks and are in step with proposed changes to the National Common Core movement:

The Hopkinton Science Committee has also created a PROCESS SKILLS CHART for grades 1-6 which aligns to the Common Core.
